SourDough Making–A Cure For Mud Season!

This is the time of year when we realize that we are more than ready for spring.  The best way to “get over” the Spring blues is to attend a workshop at the Remick Museum in Tamworth, New Hampshire.

This Saturday, on April 5, 2008, come to the Remick Museum for a Sourdough Making Workshop, from 10 AM to 12 Noon.  Learn all the particulars of making sourdough, which includes making your own starter. Try a few different recipes to see how sourdough works.

The workshop fee is $20.00, and pre-registration is required. Materials are included in the fee.  The Workshop  is designed for adults; young people age 16 and older are welcome with an accompanying adult.

The Remick Country Doctor Museum & farm is located at 58 Cleveland Hill Road, Tamworth. For more information, or to register, call (603) 323-7591 or (800) 686-6117, or visit the website at www.remickmuseum.org.
